The Digital Marketing Strategist will drive digital marketing initiatives for Crafted clients and requires a breadth of knowledge and experience within the digital marketing ecosystem including websites, marketing automation, paid media, SEO, ABM, content marketing, inbound marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader capable of driving high performance and is nimble to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Develop multi-channel programs and campaigns strategies for our mid-market and enterprise clients.
Facilitate discovery sessions with executive level clients and present strategy and marketing approach.
Collaborate and set strategy for professional services team including digital marketers, designers, developers, and content development teams.
Strategically support paid media and inbound marketing initiatives with our Practice Area Leads; structure, configure and optimize paid media campaigns.
Lead complex enterprise website projects.
At least 4 years of agency or in-house digital marketing experience with the above-listed responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications.
Experience designing and implementing closed-loop marketing ecosystems.
Experience with marketing automation, digital media platforms, analytics, CMS, and CRM platforms.
Experience with HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Eloqua a plus.
Ability to work autonomously; self-sufficient and personally motivated to deliver excellent work and results.
Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening and coaching.
