Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of project plans for client initiatives and assign tasks and timing of deliverables for internal and external team members
- Oversee project timelines and project progression through various phases of development, documenting and supporting as needed
- Collaborate with associated team members on project and deliverable prioritization
- Maintain and optimize the team's use of project management tools and other related marketing tools
- Communicate project status clearly and effectively to team members
- Support deliverable review, edit verification, and proofreading throughout the deliverable process
- Willingness to support internal marketing efforts to reach our team and company goals
- Manage multiple, diverse projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Resolve conflicts through problem-solving with acute decision-making skills that keep team members motivated to overcome high-pressure situations and ensure the best possible results
- Ensure projects and resources stay within the defined budget and adhere to the project schedule and timeline
- Conduct shared learnings within the agency on effective project management practices and key factors for project success
Your Required Education and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3+ years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator and/or Project Coordinator or equivalent
- Agency experience is a plus
