Rob and I met back in 2007 through an entrepreneurial peer group called EO. Over the years, as we shared experiences in the group, I began to realize that while we weren't directly competing, we shared a passion for making an impact in the lives of those we serve and celebrating excellence, which Rob would call, “the well-crafted." As we continued to hone our capabilities and evolve our practices, Rob and I found synergy and learnings and at times, realized we were finishing each other's sentences.
In early 2019, Rob and I decided to explore what coming together would mean for our businesses and how it could transform our clients’ experiences. Rob's 25 year background in manufacturing branding and sales growth, coupled with my 22 years of mid-market and enterprise B2B demand generation and digital strategy seemed like the perfect equation for driving results. So, under the counsel of several key advisers, we mapped out a plan to move forward.
After several months of meeting after-hours, and countless hours of due diligence, we officially decided to join together and launch the new Crafted; an agency with the vision of transforming the manufacturing world to become a place where innovation never goes unnoticed.We’re confident that our newly combined capabilities, from brand strategy and customer experience to demand generation and sales enablement, will allow Crafted to truly transform B2B manufacturing from the inside out.
And we’ll do so by highlighting our clients’ unique innovations and drawing a deep brand connection with their customers to help set them apart and drive proven revenue growth.
