What sets Crafted apart from other agencies?
We seek out aspiring manufacturing companies with untapped potential. They’re not underdogs per se, but in some sense that they’re not realizing their full potential, at least from a marketing perspective. Transporting these manufacturers from where they are when we first engage to where they have the potential to go is what gets us up in the morning. Our process includes establishing an authentic brand foundation and customer experience (CX) framework for our clients and using that foundation to fuel targeted marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. We rely on over 2 decades of experience in manufacturing, a strong strategic focus and a talented digitally focused team of strategists, designers, writers, and developers to make it happen. At the end of the day, we unearth a strong, authentic voice with our clients; one they didn’t know they had, one that resonates with customers, moving them through the buyer journey.
Where did the name Crafted come from?
Our name was born out of what makes our customers unique. A manufacturer’s craft ultimately defines their differentiation. Crafted exists to help our clients celebrate it in an authentic way.
